Q.
during pregnancy my whole body has swollen bt after delivery it's get back to normal position. I had a normal delivery but my face and nose still not get normal they r still swollen.what should I do?

it might happen because of your increased weight during pregnancy.
so as such no need to worry.
please prefer high protine and fiber rich diet like sprouts, ragi, oats, different dairy products,mix veg khichdi ,warm soup etc
keep your body well hydrated
