Q.

During exam time, my teenage son needs to focus on revision, but notifications from other apps often distract him. Is there a way to temporarily block apps during study hours so he can concentrate better?

A. Hello my dear parent! You can go to your phone settings and switch off the notifications of the apps, which you don’t want to be notified about. I would advise you to not engage your child with too much of screen time. Use it only as and when required with respect to studies.
