Q.

due to some reason, MMR 1st dose was given at 11 months. now can we give MMR 2nd dose at 15 months??? i.e. 4 months gap is there

A. yes can be guven . Immunization should be done if feasible for infant as they are primary vaccines but can be delayed for about 14 days . But other vaccine can be delayed for a month or so . . Influenza vaccine should be given yearly as covid vaccine is still under trial and flu vaccine is recommended.
