Due to low bp and sugar cab me faint hui thi phir half way to home car hand rest jaha window button hota hai waha se par head lagta hya gaya tha bahut time or diarrohea bhi hua tha or ab left side jaha lagi thi waha pain ho raha hai or sath me nausea or thand lag rahi hai plz bata do what to do

A. dear it is besy advidable to visit doctor for assessment and appropriate mefication for nausea and diarrhoea you can take medicine keep ypurself hydrated feeling cold can be due to lack of sugar and watwr loss
