Q.

Due to Covid I was not letting my kids move out of the house but then also they catch cold or had viral. I couldn't understand the reason. infact saw other kids who used to play and move out, they were not affected. Am I making a mistake by not letting my kids out to play. Is it making their immune system weak?

A. definitely it is not advisable to hold the children back and very important that physical activity is required and it is very normal that children will fall ill before 5 years of age but it is adjust are part of immunity build up
