Q.

drishana is two years old still doesn't speak but when she was six months she use to speak bab papa didi but now she ignores her name when calling

A. thank you for ur response ...but I m worried cz early c started to say but now c doesn't care speak a word also don't have eye contact ..always roaming around the rooms and doesn't listen what we talk to her

A. you should not worry as you can wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor.till that time keep interacting as much as possible and involve the child in language enhancing actiA/vities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .
