Dr said baby's genital is tight, and it (that skin) needs to open and loosen up, but baby cries too much when we try to smooth the skin. we are in village now, another 1 week to refurn back to our place and consult our pediatrician. what to do to loosen up baby's genital's skin and how to maintain it clean?

A. if you are asking about the phimosis tu physiological phimosis is there till 2 years of age as a child in now one year this is absolutely normal better to take a second opinion with some doctor and get it examine
