Dr ..my twins babies are 13months old ..they have constipation very offen.. we give emty syrup according to Dr perception..what should we do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation is a common problemmmm where diet modification is very important encourage high fibre diet and lot of fluid intake avoid food which aggravates constipation medication is second option only

See I would just like to tell you that medicines for a long and I’m not a good idea so you can consult a homeopathic doctor otherwise start giving good amount of liquids make sure that you’re giving at least 1 L to your child in terms of water and other liquids included in that that will really help
