Q.

Dr. My son has very problem of constipation. I have seen many doctors but nothing is working. Please tell me some ways to get rid of his constipation problem.

A. Okay I would recommend you towards three home remedies where you can put a drop or so castor oil in the navel of your child before sleeping give the child prune juice in the night before sleeping and lastly start the day with a glass of warm water followed by papaya and that will also help
