Dr. my son 2year 6 months still talks very little. but he tells some words 2 months before I shown to a pediatrician he told me not to worry gradually he becomes. I felt like he knows words but he is very lazy to say. but he plays with other children and engages with other people. should I need to worry

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two yefars of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if thfe speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

talk to her maintaining eye contact
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
