dr my six month old baby is having reddish rashes near her genital area.kindly advise a remedy

A. Wash your baby's bottom with warm water and dry it using a soft towel. Take half a tbsp of coconut oil and apply it on the affected area after washing your baby's bottom. Or take a tbsp of dried oatmeal and mix it in bathwater. Make your baby sit in the bath for 5-10 mins. Keep holding him or her if he or she cannot balance himself or herself. Then pat dry his or her skin. Do this twice a day if the diaper rash is severe. Give some diaper free time as airing out the area helps in healing the rashes faster.
