Dr.my daughter baby 4 months completed but we didt do dummy time..what semi solid food you recommend...pls need your advice

The following are some common first foods for babies: Pureed Fruits: Apples: Cook and blend until smooth. Pears: Steam and puree for easy digestion. Bananas: Mash the banana until smooth. Pureed Vegetables: Carrots: Steam and blend until smooth. Sweet potatoes: Boil or bake and then mash or blend. Peas: Steam and puree. Rice Cereal: You can offer rice cereal, which is commonly the first solid food.
