Q.

Dr. my child passing green stool he is 2 months 15 days old. we did stool chk up see the below attachment of reports . plz help me out

A. we met dr. before 10 days he gave some medicine names are as follows Colicaid drops 15 days 2 times 5 drops Vitazyme drops 15 days 2 time 8 drops stool is sticky green or sometimes we felt like cough is there in stool.

A. if you are giving only breastfeeding then there is a possibility that slightly loose to semi solid stool may be present intermittently. if you see that it is totally watery and also you are giving outside milk then it is advisable to get the child examined by the doctor to rule out any digestion problem or aany infection. need of probiotics and zinc has to be evaluated. in the meantime kindly continue breastfeeding to prevent dehydration. you can give ors also if water loss is more if there is blood in the stool then kindly meet the doctor immediately because it can be dysentery also.

A. Dr. said this is normal.. as I dnt have that much breast milk.. so I am giving formula milk nanpro to my child.

A. Hello dear parent! There is some presence of blood in stools. Rest of the explanation of the values can be given only by your doctor. Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
