Dr my baby is9 month old now ,but he is only 6.98 kg , its the normal weight for my baby?

Yes the weight of ur baby is fine.
If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Give ghee, dry fruits powder, Banana, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi sari etc for weight gain. Take care
