ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. give ghee rather than butter, butter is be good after 1 year. Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA, vitamin t a, d, e .DHA has been deemed as necessary for brain development and growth.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Ghee is fine butter you can give a little later. Ghee too start gradually. You have to first introduce to dal ka paani for a week than rice ka paani for a week ! Anything you introduce should be continued for atleast 4-5 days minimum ! Gradually you can introduce one one item
