dr muje bht pet Mai ajeeb sa feel hota h bloating to me hajmola khati hu ... bht craving hoti h uski... 5 -6 goli kha leti ek din me . is it ok?

anything in excess is not advisable
ek saath 5 to 6 hajmola khana Acha nahi hein
sometimes you can have one
check with doctor for the actual reason of bloating
