A. Maxtra (Paracetamol + Phenylephrine) is commonly used to relieve fever and cold symptoms in children. However, it's important to use medications according to the dosage instructions provided by your pediatrician or as indicated on the packaging. Generally, for a four-year-old, the dosage of Maxtra would depend on the child's weight and should be administered carefully to avoid exceeding the recommended amount. If you have any concerns about the dosage or the effectiveness of the medication, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional.
