Actually a child is unable to digest the food that you are giving which is why this is happening because this is a very common thing to be seen when the child passes motion immediately of the food that you are giving within 30 minutes to 40 minutes then that’s in digestion which is why your child is also not gaining weight you should consult your doctor regarding this issue
