Q.

Dr may baby is 5 month old so shall I start soil food because it's completely dependent on formula milk and if Yes then what should be the dite chart

A. hello Dear mum exclusive breastfeeding or formula feeding is advisable for the initial 6 months of age do not give anything not even water to the baby before 6 months start weaning food only after 6 months completion
