dr maine baby ko malai sweet diya to baby ne 2 hr ke bad vomit kiya ....baby ko milk allergy issue hoga kyaa

A. it may be coincident ki baby ne vomit kiya .. jaruri nhi hai baby ko milk allergy hai baby abhi konsa milk leta hai aapni abh tk baby ko koi sweet milk items diya tha.. give ORS
