Q.

Dr...i think my breastfeeding is not sufficient for my baby..even after feeding him, he keeps on crying,he is 1 month old..can i feed him water??and what about formula milk,?which one is the best???please help

A. Dear mum, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. You should avoid giving water or even formula. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is adequate.
