A. Hello mom By the age of one the child normally triple his birth weight so kindly check and after that 2 to 4 kgs is yearly gain is there if your child is active for his age and he is able to achieve his milestones on time, is eating well and is playful you don’t need to worry apart from that some foods could help you such as whole eggs, milk and products can be given such as Panner , ghee , milkshakes can be made using fresh fruit , stuff paranthas can we made with potato, Paneer ,another vegetables or Dal etc legumes like Channa, Rajma can be given to them dry fruits are very much helpful

A. Hello mom Some babies don’t gain weight easily. But in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. You should add cereals in babies regular diet plan. Cereals is a good source of proteins and nutrition and also help in gaining weight. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
