Q.

Dr how much milk 3 year old drink? Because nowadays when I give my son milk in the morning and he go to school . If he eats something in an hour he vomits the curdled milk. So should I give him milk for not in the morning?

A. dear Mum for a 3 year old child milk intake should be around 500 ml this is not only in the form of milk but also as milk products like curd paneer you can spread out the serving of milk to avoid heaviness
