Q.

Dr. Has prescribed alamine drip because baby’s weight is 1.9kg at 34 weeks. But there is mild hydramnios and mild asymmetrical IUGR. Is it necessary?

A. If it was not necessary I am very sure the doctor would have not advise you your child is actually quite underweight as per the age of 34 weeks which is why the doctor mass of advise you to go for it so kindly trust your doctor and go for what they suggest you to do
