Use a mild soap with low pH value like Syndet bar or Sebamed Baby Bathing Bar or Teddy Bar Soap. The soap should be made of natural ingredients and it should be hypoallergenic and unscented. Immediately after bathing, while the skin is still moist, use a mild moisturiser all over your kid's skin atleast twice a day. Mamaearth and Moms Co products are good. The moisturiser should be hypoallergenic and fragrance free. When my elder daughter had rashes all over her legs and hands, the doctor had suggested Atogla lotion. But do not use it before consulting with your doctor. Use a humidifier in your kid's room. Let the kid drink plenty of water.
