Dr from last few weeks i was not breastfeeding my baby as the flow was very low but I want to continue feeding I m taking lactacre tablets but that not showing much result please suggest something...

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, please do not stop feeding baby. Latching is also one of the good method to increase your milk. With this take lactose granules with lukewarm milk. And take a healthy food like pulses, veggies, fruits, liquids like fresh fruit juice, milk, coconut water, buttermilk. Slowly walk around the house to keep yourself fit.
