mam,for healthy development of your child ,you must offer healthy diet which includes green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits , nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products,egg etc
keep your child well hydrated.
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
and please don't take much stress for his /her height because mostly it depends on genes.
