Yes mam you can definitely there is no harm it is just an immunity booster but after taking this you will feel low for two or three days most probably you will get a fever also so you must take a some mild paracetamol and take proper rest to stay hydrated properly and eat healthy at regular intervalsWrite Your Answer Here
