A. dose of paracetamol depends on weight of baby Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies Always measures temperature in armpits only.  No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.  If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion  Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice. Keep ur baby well hydrated.  Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.  Visit ur pediatrician once.

A. Hello dear parent! Ideal recommended dosage by doctors is 15ml/kg. If the fever is above 100 then it is advisable to give paracetamol drops to your baby. Try giving a light sponge bath to reduce the intensity of the discomfort. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
