Does we need to feel guilty as giving a formula to baby...I sometimes feel guilty as I don't breastfeed my baby

Shaista FarisGuardian of 3 children4 days agoA. i really don't think mother's should feel guilty for giving formula milk....am mother of three kids my 3rd baby is 8mnth old i breast feed him daily and my 2 daughter's I did breast feed till 2 years but when I get sick or stuck in works doing house chores at that point i and my husband gives him formula milk so can take rest

chaitanya GMKFather of 2 children4 days agoA. Feeding your baby is about nourishment, safety, and love, not about one single method. Breastfeeding is great when it works. Formula feeding is also great when that’s what works. A well-fed baby is a healthy baby. There are many real reasons parents use formula: Medical issues Low milk supply Mental or physical exhaustion Work demands Personal choice None of these make you a bad parent. Guilt often comes from outside noise, not from reality.. so be proud. Be happy.

If you want to make your baby strong with formula, add extra nutritious veggies in baby's solids. Be guilt-free and be a proud mom... and one more thing, you are not alone 😊
