Q.
does toddler not making eye contact, not speaking count as Autism? As my daughter did speak well till 24months, recited A-Z, 1-10, animals, fruits name. recognised ppl made eye contact and spoke 3 word sentences. It's been 6 months she has stopped talking and making too much eye contact. she still counts numbers and speaks just single word manner. Is that a sign of Autism. Plz let me know

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. here for pfsroper comments is very difficult until and unless a proper examination is done to find out the exact cause so it would be better if you consult your doctor so that he can examine properly and than will guide you accordingly regarding this
