Q.

does placenta change as my sonography report at 2 different places states different placenta .initially it was posterior and now it is anterior grade 3

A. yes the placental position may change as the uterus grows the Placenta is attached to the same place but the growing uterus may change the placental site so nothing to worry about this

A. the position can change based on the months and it would be better to once check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination of the same and advise your accordingly which would be better and safe and nothing to worry
