Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes whatever breastfeeding mothers takes food it impacts on baby too. so better to take nutrition value food in your daily diet. also have more green leaves vegetables in your daily diet. take care
