Does my breast milk contain omega-3 DHA? Is it important for babies?

A. yes mother milk contains omega 3 ,DHA is transferred through a nursing mother's breast milk to the baby. Omega-3s have been proven to be vital to brain and eye development, exclusively breast feeding is recommend till baby complete six months..
