Does MCV vaccine is mandatory??? my daughter is 2 yrs 8 months old ...can it be given at this age?? #Vaccination

A. meningococcal vaccine is not mandatory it is optional vaccine and is given in babies having less in unity e and if going attend very big congregations not to be given routinely to all babies
