Hello mam yes in a way it will effect your baby and even the breast milk production you have to take the diet but it has to be healthy diet then you will not be any impact you should not keep any food or any mail and also you should not reduce the protein intake because the protein inside your body goes to your baby and you will be lost with less energy so please keep an eye on that
