Does eating mangoes affect breastmilk and cause babies stomach ache??

A. hello dear good evening nothing to worry about it there are no issues in 10 mangoes by the mother in a directions for the mother this is all myth so eat always healthy options

A. no not really. you can have it. just see the mangoes are good and not rotten. otherwise baby might have loose motion. so just check thoroughly and then eat. have pire ghee with it

No mango won't cause this types of symptoms but, you must eat seasonal fruit. If your baby is crying a lot after you had mangoes then it must not be shooting your baby. But you can eat in small quantity.

No mam it will not provide you any harm but still eating anything in excess or will always be not good for the health so whatever you want to eat it should be a little quantity and rely more on the fresh fruits and veggies mangoes are hot by nature so eating once a while is nothing to get worried
