Most babies are relatively fair, even pink when newborn, but depending on race and genes, the baby’s skin then changes during the first year to its real color.

No it will not affect your baby’s skin tone but yes it can kill the nutrition baby is getting through your milk. Because it is high in caffeine so you should definitely avoid taking it thrice a day it is not considered very healthy. You have to maintain a proper diet because babies overall growth depends on mother’s diet
