Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Yes bending by keeping pressure on tummy during pregnancy is avoided . There are safe techniques to bend a little slowly down by holding tummy bending legs downwards to reach the item but dont bend too much its better to take gynaecologist suggestion as she/he knows your medical details . However bending a lot ,straining is not recommended other than that you can do your regular chores.
