Q.

Does bedrest means completely stick into a bed …??? Can we sit or little bit walk in the house…? And what should be the sitting position..? Can we sit cross legged ???

A. here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important . So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can also consult online to a doctor for the samde as a detfailed discussion can be done .

A. U Should at least mention all the details about your pregnancy or you have delivered till the time you don’t give me all the details I will not be able to help you with anything so you have to consult your concern the doctor for this
