Does babies really start seeing parents at the time of 3 months to 5 months ?

Not Parents in particular after the age of three months a child starts to have a vision for the start seeing everything that surround them apart from that for initial three months a child recognises the mother by the smell and slowly gradually after three months a child recognises the mother by face or I would say
