Q.

Doctors say that you shouldn't give your baby cow's milk because it can cause phlegm. So when you start feeding your baby food, they ask you to add ghee to it. If that's cow's ghee, doesn't it cause phlegm?

A. As properties changes but cow milk is not recommended till one year of age as it reduces iron absorption in the body so continue with formula milk and in cooking you can use it

A. hello yes cow milk should not be guven till 1 year and cows ghee should be avoided if child as cough and any cocern u can then check ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly n nothing to worry
