Q.

doctors didn't adviced me multivitamin during pregnancy can i now take it as my baby is 2 months old and for how long we have to take calcium and multivitamin.....????

A. it is actually not very necessary to take medications during and after pregnancy you just need to maintain good health with proper nutritious diet and adequate water intake if you are willing to take you can take it for at least 2 months

A. hi parent calcium ane multivitamin are good only but please don't self diagnose and self medicate please contact your doctor prior to use medication use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
