Doctor, when does milk formation starts during first pregnancy. I am in my 38th week currently, but can't see much changes in the breasts.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion and personal experience it starts between the period of 16-22 weeks and better to evaluate once with your gynaecologist in person and follow the instructions…… Take care
