Q.
Doctor suggested to give formula milk to baby and she stools 6-7 times a day. Is this is for giving formula milk or it is normal if she stools those many times. Plz help with these.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is ok for now. Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
