#AskTheExpert My baby is 7 months I have planned to back to work. which milk should I give. one doctor suggested me aavin and cow milk. which should I give now this one or formula milk

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. express breast milk and give it f not give formual cows milk after 1 year of age Start weaning foods by 6 month of age start with basic fruit purees like apple banana purees add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration

Packet milk is to be introduced once baby completes one year.
For now either continue to breast feed ur baby or give formula milk to ur baby till one year. Take care and all the best
