Try to provide nutrition from natural foods. add foods like ghee, Almonds, cashews, walnuts dates, egg, avocado, banana, paneer, chickoo. curd, to child's recipes
Try to avoid junk foods
You can give supplements like pediasure, kids pro. just check that supplements has higher protein, less carbohydrates

if you're child is Happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
