Q.

doctor our baby is 41 days old he has dirt (kichad) in his eyes when he wakes up in morning. We have been using milflox and toba since once month. should we continue the same medicines and how long these eye drops should be given?

A. this is normal just eye massage in circular fashion .This is physiological and normal for kids . No need to worry for this as it is according to the age of baby and usual process in growth . For examination can consult any doctor for any query related to same .

A. watery eyes or yellow discharge is common in new borns because of block tear ducts.. you can give massage on the nose and eyes joint area, a strong pressure a pinch do 4-5times and 4-5times a day.. maintain hygiene.. clean with wet cotton ball..
