doctor, Our baby girl is 3 months old. she keeps staying up almost whole night and sleeps during day.she stays up till 5 am. how to make her sleep during night time ?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. This pattern of sleep is bcz babys have habit of sleeping at day time and waking up at night in mother womb.
This sleep pattern continues even after birth also in some babies
No need to worry.
Feed properly before sleep to ur baby at night
Switch off or dim light before sleep
Sing a song or cuddle ur baby
Check and change urine and motion immediately after passing it
Baby commonly wakes up 2-3 times at night for feed
