doctor .my daughter is 2 year and 7 month old.she suddenly vomit or try to puke all the food ......I don't understand what just happened to her..plz help me

Could be indigestion or just a reflux because of that your child has done vomiting immediately so currently just give more of water to the child add some salt and sugar or you can go ahead with giving lemonade or adding what is to the water as of now that lab
